We will except returns on non damaged items within 7 days of the customer's receipt of product. A receipt wil be required for all returns. Damaged items will not be accepted. Returns can be placed over the telephone, via email, or by simply returning the shipment to Silver Sky Jewelery with a completed return/exchange form. You will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase when Silver Sky recieves the item. Exchanges for store credit must be made within 7 days. All credits must be used within 1 year of the return date.

Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value can be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
Once your return is processed, we will send an email to notify you. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send a gift card for the value of the refund to the specified address.
A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
