You can check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status in the top navigation bar. You can then choose to either sign in and view your entire order history, or search for a specific order by entering the Order Number and Billing Zip Code in the designated fields. Once you've found your order, click on the order number to view the details. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately five to seven business days from the date the package shipped. If you have not created an account, you may call 10:30AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Friday-Saturday, or 12 PM-5 PM Sunday EST to inquire about the status of your order with our Customer Service Department.
