Because all of our pieces are hand-crafted, there are no two products which are exactly alike. When you see a product on our website, the product that you see is one-of-a-kind.

• We do not carry duplicates of products.

• We cannot complete orders which request multiples of the same product.

If you would like another product similar to one which you have purchased from our site, or would like us to try and match one which you have found elsewear, please file a Special Request with our Customer Service Department.

Gemstones Will Vary

We strive to provide one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted, gemstone products to our customers.

Therefore, no two pieces of our jewelry are exactly the same.

If a product comes in multiple sizes, the picture that you see on our website is a representation of the gemstone featured in that product, and reflects the hand detailing and natural formation of only one of the pieces.

Slight variation is normal, and showcases the natural individuality of the gemstone and the craftsmanship of the artist.
